Our warranty for 3D‑printed parts covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If a part is returned for warranty consideration, we will inspect it to determine whether the failure stems from a covered manufacturing defect; if inspection shows intentional damage or improper use, the claim will be denied and any related costs for analysis, return shipping, or replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.
